Well... actually not. All of your galleries are still there nice and sound. E-H is just a front, and EX is the real deal though. You can find all the sensitive contents in EX, even for those "expunge" galleries.
However, you can't just visit EX directly. There are some procedures and processing required. Sounds a little bit troublesome, but it's indeed an effective way to filter out most of the "outsiders" for decades.
As the "tradition", I can't tell you how to enter EX exactly in public. You have to find the way by yourself, although it's not a secret nowadays, and you can even find the tutorials by google.
