As I mentioned the prompts are very short and dead simple like

woman presses the drill againt her breast and starts drilling and screaming in pain, blood sprays everywhere

or

the woman stops the drill and throws it away, then she pulls out a hammer and a big nail, she presses the nail on her breast and starts smashing the nail with the hammer until it is completely nailed down, blood is pouring from the wound and splashing with every hit
