Kunoichi has an extremely short life span. (Headcanon setting) They started their first mission when they are around from 10 to 12 years old, and less that 30% survive that first mission. Even less manage to survive a year.
So imagine a kunoichi who survived long enough to be a grown-up. That would be a hell of a strong kunoichi.
