In almost all the workflows that I've seen, there's always a node with seed configured for automatic randomization.

And the queue works very simply and seamlessly: You change the prompt/settings -> press Run -> generation starts -> you change the prompt / settings again -> Press Run (yes, while another generation is underway) -> and a new job with the selected settings is added to the queue -> and so on, as many jobs as you want will just get into the queue.
