I use to do a few very fast clip to get a final frame and then use them for the long videos.
First frame is usually real or made with Krea or Flux.
Minimax is a game changer at least for this little "side projects" and it is a nice way to learn comfyui.
Scene after scene you can put together some short video with a discrete consistency but needs a lot of attention at the prompt. I'm trying to use gemma 4 abliterated for prompts.
