A very interesting thought experiment… I hope/don’t think my mental health would really have suffered at 18… but my physical health certainly would have. that fapping all day would have given me brain atrophy or spinal cord softening or hair on the palms of my hands or I’d have gone blind… in short: I’d have suffered every consequence that people used to warn about from fapping back then ;-)
