Running some turns on an old build of Another Day in Paradise seems to work just fine. The only real issue holding things up right now is that their moderation AI has gotten better at preventing worlds that violate ToS from being shared. I'm pretty sure they don't actually do anything with those. The only thing that could get someone banned that I've seen is them finding out that someone is circumventing the moderation AI to share worlds. And really that will only happen if you post it on their Discord, subreddit, or the community worlds section. Pretty sure no one monitors other sites.
