I'm using a local install of MiniMax-H3 with ComfyUI. I also have 32gb of DDR4 RAM and it seems to automatically offload some of the memory budget to that. Takes about one minute per second of video generated, and I go through maybe 5-15 gens before getting one I like.

For reference images, I've just been snagging random AI thots off of Civitai and Pinterest, which is why there's been a lot of mirror/selfie/tiktok girl kills (and there will be more).
