Except for one 6-second clip with both a first and last images (an set-up which tends to solve this issue), I could not get MiniMax H3 to honor the idea that the girl was dead at end of the video.

She's not pinin'! She's passed on! This girl is no more! She has ceased to be! She's expired and gone to meet 'er maker! She's a stiff! Bereft of life, she rests in peace! 'Er metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'She's off the twig! She's kicked the bucket, She's shuffled off 'er mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisible!! THIS IS AN EX-LOLI SLUT!!

But no wording (Python inspired or otherwise) would stop the girl from being shown as breathing during the scene when the men are cumming on her face.

So DaVinci Resolve to the rescue. I used a still a static overlay covering the parts of the last clip that didn't need to change. It blended well to hide the undesired visible breathing.
