I haven't personally seen this question before, and I'm not even sure what you mean by "the video generator".

There are many systems out there for generating AI video. I personally use something called ComfyUI (https://comfy.org/), supplemented with accounts on venice.ai and joyfun.ai. I also find Photoshop extremely helpful for working around problems when AI alone won't do what I ask it to do.

A lot of people use Grok, but I've never wanted to bother with playing the games people have to play to dodge Grok content restrictions.

Setting up ComfyUI is not something I want to try to explain here, but you can easily google that yourself. It's all public info, not anything you need to scour the "dark web" to discover. Keep in mind you do need a decently powerful PC and powerful graphics card to get much out of running ComfyUI at home.

There is cloud access to ComfyUI, which gets around the need to have a powerful computer, but that's sadly terribly strict about the type of content generation which is allowed.

venice.ai is pretty good for allowing sexual and guro content to be generated, so long as you steer clear of underage characters. joyfun.ai can be tricked into handling loli content, but absolutely refuses to do guro or even anything slightly violent.
