The Ministry emphasizes that Taiwan's medical and public health capacity is extremely sufficient, and the government has absolute confidence and capability to control this "Micro-Symbiote Cluster Event." The public is urged to remain rational, cooperate with government epidemic prevention policies, and jointly protect community health. Those who violate the outdoor restrictions or spread false rumors such as "alien biological invasion" will be subject to a maximum fine of NT$3 million in accordance with the Communicable Disease Control Act, or face immediate on-site summary disciplinary action by the Special Clearance Task Force.
