So it's not a very serious endeavor, or it is, but the way I do it becomes play. So I'm into solo rping, which a newish offshoot from group ttrpg play. For my personal brand of developing SRP I like to sort of like to go in knowing only the stuff that inspires me to want to play in that world. So in this case I'm specifically playing in game with a setting and expectations you'd have for pulp fantasy fiction and ero guro manga that pays homage to it. I only started with the knowledge that I'm playing some kind of dragonborn as the stock hero of that kind of setting, but make him an anti-hero because he's also a vehicle for my more dominant/aggressor + masc hardcore fantasies. So when I have a question about the setting I either pick the thing I like most, which is often obvious and derivative, because it's kind of my private game I don't have to be original I just have to have fun~ But eventually I'll be bored with what I'm coming up with and I'll ask a question and roll some dice, and maybe look at a table, and interpret and answer to that question from the results, QA test, do I like my interpretation, do I ask again? An by incorporating these prompted insights it grows it's own strangeness that makes it unique, it's like a bonsai, it's organic but guided~

Anyways that's the method, the result is that my OC is the result of a magically assisted breeding program between dragons and elves to create a kind of super solider to fight off extra-planer invaders, but they were so violent and bloodthirsty that the elves thought these "dragon-elfs" need to be put down, but the dragons disagreed, feeling they might be needed again, and a war broke out that basically ended the world as it had been at the end, the elves Magical Hiroshima'd the Dragons/Dragon-Elfs after like centuries of fighting, and hunted down the rest in a genocide, but it changed the climate of the planet to win.
So this blue guy is basically the last of his kind, and has been around for like centuries, this is kind of mythic kind of setting, so immortals are super common, and mortal beings are just starting to pop up. Anyways for a long time the elves tried to kill him like the rest, but he always managed to either outright best them or if overwhelmed slip away. And now he still draws a lot of hostility from elves, and harbors much hate for them himself, but when he goes into elf communities for supplies he can't forage or make himself, there's a terse, cool peace between him and most elves, who know they haven't got a chance against him, still not all elves are so cool, and he enjoys making examples of them.

Anyways it's WIP, but I'm having fun, I got lots of adventures for adventures he could go on and get up to trouble~ ♥

No lore for this one, just wanted a nice simple action scene~ ♥

Not as spicy as some of my others but I am really proud of how this one turned out.

Thanks, I'm happy that you guys like it~ I switched from using ComfyUI and making edits in GIMP going back and forth, to using Krita with a plugin that let's it talk to ComfyUI and so I just work from Krita now, and the optimized workflow has had a marked improvement on my output I feel like. 🖤

No workflow I made just using the default one that the Krita AI plugin uses with comfy on the backend.

I rarely post single shots or images I only needed to seed or prompt tweak, most of stuff I have edited or touched up along the way, in some cases even beginning by drawing part of the image out. I like to have control over my compositions and that in my experience is the best way to get it.

That said any specific questions you have about process I'd be happy to answer to the best of my ability and knowledge

It's actually 3 Loras for Pony in a set, each has been trained on various guro concepts at different weights, I found it useful when I was starting out with Guro works because base models are so undertrained or pruned of guro concepts. But now with Illustrious you barely even need LoRas even for guro, so I haven't touched it much, the only Ill Lora I use for Guro now is the AyaSwan one.

You can choose the compression ratio you want. When you transfer PNG to JPG with 100% quality, the image size will become smaller, but the quality is almost lossless compressed. Here is an example, I compressed you image with 100% quality setting, and the size reduced from 1.82MB to 743KB. You can check the image quality, which is almost the same.

Decided it was good enough to polish up, didn't need much after upscaling and some img2img.
