Kamisato Ayaka was sentenced to death by decree of Her Excellency, the Almighty Narukami Ogosho, God of Thunder, for her involvement with rebels and conspiracy against Shogunate. Despite her heinous crime and betrayal, she was spared the disgrace of public execution and humiliation due to her noble descent.
She was executed at her home — Kamisato Estate, under the supervision of Tenryou Commission and its leader, Kujou Sara.
Observers that were present on execution site noted the stoic composure and dignity shown by daughter of Kamisato clan at her final hour. Only at the very last moment, when the sword was already raised, tears silently flow from her eyes. What were her last thoughts? How she felt knowing that there is no way out, that she will never see her brother, her friends, that she will never became a wife or a mother? This questions would remain unanswered. As a member of Tri-Commission, Ayaka should have known what was waiting for her, when she decided to side with the resistance…

Awesome. I like guro with tragic backstories. I tried some of these with NA4.

A young elf attempts to fight off an evil demonic black knight with ill intentions to the forest. Being a forest elf, she had a strong upper hand with agility and speed, but was no match with his raw power. Even her magics were no use against his cursed armor. She dived in to attack the opening in his armor, but the next moment, she was thrown and slammed into the tree upside-down. Enduring the pain that flows through her body, she tries to get back on her feet. But it was too late, as the silver blade quickly thrusts in front of her eyes, and into her belly.
    "Ahhhhh!!!"
But before she could even finish her scream, the blade was pulled out, only to pierce her once again, again, again.
    "Ugh! Ah! Ugh!"
    >>
The blade mercilessly cut through her soft and smooth skin, leaving a splash of red over her body. Suddenly, the stab turned into a slash, opening her stomach and revealing what was inside her.
    "Ahck....Ahhhhhh"
Despite her magical vitality and resilience gifted from the forest, the wounds were already fatal. Unfortunately it prolonged her life long enough for her to watch helplessly as the tip of the sword aims for her precious place.
    >>
    "No.....Please..."
    --Plop!--
    "Unnnnnnngh!!!!"
With her plea in vain, the sword thrusted into her vagina, penetrating through her uterus with ease and cutting through the stomach. Being impaled from a whole new direction, the elf got overwhelmed with pain and convulsed violently. But once again, the blade was pulled out, and then rammed into her vagina repeatedly. Despited cutting into her body again and again, the blade never cut through her heart, as it would kill her instantly. He wanted her to suffer longer.
    >>
    "Ah.....Ugh....Oh...."
With each repeated stab, her groan became smaller and smaller. As her consciousness start to fade away, her bladder released her urine like a yellow fountain, raining pee in her own body and face. A humiliating added to her misery, but it didn't matter to her. She just wanted it to end. She wasn't even groaning anymore.
Realizing that she is barely responding aside from a few twitch, the black knight decides to put an end to her misery, and pulls out her sword. Not from her vagina, but through her torso. From a clean cut from her crotch to her chest, her insides spilled upon her. Her uterus and bladder, sliced in half, landed on her face, and the rest of her guts followed. As her intestines covered her eyes, darkness has fallen upon her, forever.
    'Finally...I can rest.'
As the young elf draws her last breath, the black knight walks away, finding new victims until he lay waste to the entire forest.

any chance you can link me to the controlnet you used?
    It says you used diffusers_xl_canny_mid

How doe sit compare to anytest?
    >>
    >>8926

I am pretty sure i just used canny full, not mid. I haven't used anytest, so no idea.

    https://huggingface.co/lllyasviel/sd_control_collection/tree/main
    >>
    >>8926
Tried anytest. It seems that it tries to make image more stylized. I used 3d scene that i made (so body proportions are more realistic) and created hard canny outline out of it, and with anytest output feels more animefied than with controlnet that i used before, which is not always necessary thing. Hard to explain, maybe i'll do the same prompt with both controlnets later to show what i mean.
    >>
    >>8949
Just for the sake of testing ran 4 renders with the same prompt and seed but with different versions of anytest and diffussers_canny. Here is initial controlnet output that i cleaned in photoshop a bit (still did poor job, for the clarity of testing should'be removed everything besides character).

    >>
    Diffusers mid
    >>
Although it may seems like anytest is clearly gives better results from this test case, it is also obvious that diffusers maitained higher level of detail and it is closer to the original lines. Issues with neck and shoulder diffusers renders are most likely due to the serious line overlap in that area, as you can clearly see from the posts with Yelan and Suguha from yesterday, when there is no line overlap it gives normal results, so i would say both controlnets have their merits.
    >>
Also just for giggles, here is the base from which controlnet lines where extracted, made quick scene in DAZ, photoshopped proper stump cross-section and katana, lol
    >>
    >>8949
you managed ot use anytest with illustrious? I though tit only worked with pony. Wow
    >>
    >>8966
    Well, as you can see...
I am pretty new to AI stuff, but a lot of pony stuff works with Illustious, loras for example, so why controlnets won't.
    >>
    >>
Same Ayaka scene, but from different angle to completely eradicate any issues coming from overlap. New controlnet and also different upscale method (upscale by model instead of latent).

This was an absolute nightmare to make, because it didn't wanted to paint head stomp properly together with the rest of the scene, even with controlnet, so i had to inpaint the guy. At least i am very happy with stumps, Photoshop + low value inpainting makes wonders. ૮₍ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ₎ა
    >>
Some guy asked form Charlotte in comments on pixiv, so here is Charlotte. I was hesitant about doing her, becuase i stopped playing just before Fontaine released, so i have no knowledge about characters that were added after that, but i read the wiki and learned that she is a journalist, and immidiatelly got an idea for a scene. Also kinda regret that i chose this angle, because no cross section visible = no further stump fixing training. Journalism is dangerous! ૮₍´˶• . • ⑅ ₎ა
    >>
Probably shoud've chosen different pose for decap pic.
    >>
Bad angle, bullet hole placement is also quite shit, doesn't make sense from perspective's standpoint, but whatever, time was spent, so i'll post it at least here.
    >>
More of a proof of concept, than anything, and not strictly speaking guro, but from a glance at it you know where it is headed.
    >>
    >>9948
how did you create that bullet hole? I want to make headshot art like that
    >>
    >>9957
1.Generated base image of Eola kneeling, no blood, no gun, no holes.
    2. In Photoshop, added gun -> inpainted it with low value inpainting.
    3. Added blood splatter and bullet holes, inpainted those too
    4. For bullet holes using Photoshop's opacity masking combined bullet hole png and inpainted layer.

Here is what i used as a base for holes.

Person in the comments on pixiv requested Yoimiya, so i am delivering. Didn't wanted to do regular kneeling execution like with Ayaka or Riden, so went for more panels this time, close-up, aftermath, also finally made upside-down blood draining. (..◜ᴗ◝..)

Generated image with severed head and spinal cord with new guro checkpoint that was posted here not long ago. Didn't like overall quality of that image, so decided to try to use it as a base for regular Wai+bhdsx+crow lora gen with regional prompter+controlnet. Different sets of artist tags for face and for spinal cord bone, considering that it is not recognized concept, results are very good.

Photoshop saves the day again. Instead of creating 3d scene for canny outline base, this time i generated regular image with black background (to extract only character outline later) and then "decapitated" her in photoshop, manually drawing outline for neck stump and shirt colar. Quite good results and also faster than making 3d scene first. Sword is the same generation that i used for one of the previous Ayaka images, also standalone black background gen that i added to Misaka piece later. This time i used more motion blur to create more dynamic look both for sword and for her piss.

The night before her death stretched endless, heavy with silence.
Ayaka had been given a final meal, as was custom: a tray of white rice, salted fish, and sweet red bean. She touched little of it. Each mouthful turned to ash on her tongue. What use was nourishment, when the body would not outlive the dawn? She folded her hands and whispered thanks to the servants who brought it, though their eyes brimmed with tears.

When night fell, she lay upon her futon but found no sleep. The paper walls seemed to close in, every creak of timber like the ticking of an unseen clock. Memories crowded her mind: festivals beneath fireworks, her brother’s laughter, the fragrance of summer grass by the estate pond. All of it pressed upon her chest like stone.
Hours slipped by. Her body remained still, but her spirit quaked. Again and again she pressed her palms together in prayer: May it be swift. May I endure with dignity. May I not bring shame upon my house.

The dawn bell tolled before her eyes had closed.
Soldiers came at first light. Their armor clattered like thunder in the still corridors.
Ayaka was led out through the estate gates, her wrists bound with silken cord — a gesture of “respect” to her noble blood. Yet to her it felt more like mockery. The streets were lined with onlookers as she passed, though none dared speak.

At the square, the scaffold stood like a gallows tree. The air was dense with incense and tension.
The scaffold was broad, its planks stained dark with countless deaths. At its center was the block.

Ayaka was not alone. At her side knelt Yoimiya Naganohara and Sangonomiya Kokomi — comrades and rebels, soon to be martyrs.
Her heart twisted at the sight of them. Yoimiya bore cruel marks of torment: bruises upon her arms, scorch marks upon her neck, lips split from beatings. She had been defiant even in the dungeon, and her tormentors had vented their wrath upon her body. A gag was tied cruelly over her mouth to silence her, and a blindfold wrapped across her eyes. Stripped of speech and sight, her spirit alone remained free, but her body trembled with exhaustion.
Kokomi was pale and thin, her composure unshaken though her wrists bore raw welts from binding, and her lips cracked from thirst. Torture had hollowed her, yet her gaze was steady, as though fixed upon horizons no executioner could reach.

Ayaka looked down at herself and felt a stab of guilt. Her skin was unmarked. The authorities had spared her the whip and flame, calling it “mercy” for one of noble descent. But to Ayaka, this mercy was poison: it left her standing whole while her sisters-in-arms were broken. Why am I untouched, when they suffered so?

Yoimiya was seized and forced forward, gagged and blindfolded, her defiance smothered by coarse cloth. Her knees struck the wood with a dull thud. She twisted once, as if trying to throw her head toward the sky she could not see, then stilled.

The square fell silent. The executioner raised his sword.

When it fell, the sound was not of words or cries, but of steel cleaving — a thick, brutal note that struck the air. A moment later came the drip, drip, drip from the block, each fall of liquid echoing into the silence.
Ayaka’s breath caught. She wanted to shut her ears, to close her eyes, but she dared not. Her whole body trembled as Yoimiya’s body was dragged away, heels scraping across the boards, her head taken apart in a separate sack.
The execution had ended swiftly for Yoimiya, yet for Ayaka, the sound of each drop upon the wood made time stretch unbearably long.

Next was Sangonomiya Kokomi. She walked with her own strength, though her frame wavered. She knelt without resistance, her lips moving in final prayer. The words were too soft for Ayaka to hear, but she knew they were not for herself alone — Kokomi’s last breath would be for all her people.
The blade came down in a gleam of steel. Swift. Clean. Her prayer ended mid-syllable.

Attendants hurried to their task. Her body was lifted, her head veiled and borne apart. The process was efficient, practiced — too practiced. But for Ayaka, each motion struck like a blow. They are gone, and I remain. I must follow. I must not falter when my turn comes.
Yet the sight hollowed her chest. She bit her lip until she tasted blood, trembling despite her every effort to stay composed.

Her turn came. She was led to the block, forced to her knees upon the wood still damp with the blood of her friends. The smell of iron, the touch of dampness against her robe, filled her with dread.

She whispered a prayer: Let it be swift.

    The executioner raised his blade.

The sword fell, but the blow landed crooked, shallow, mangling but not severing.

Ayaka screamed, a cry torn from her against her will, echoing across the scaffold. Horror filled the air, though none dared speak.
The executioner faltered, then raised his sword again. Ayaka’s trembling form remained upright only for a heartbeat more. The second stroke came, heavy, brutal, striking with that same dreadful resonance that had claimed her friends.

The edge met the tender flesh of her neck with a wet, tearing thud, slicing through in an instant, exposing the underlying subcutaneous fat like a peeled fruit. Blood welled immediately, hot and coppery, as the sword delved deeper into the muscles, parting them with a fibrous rip that echoed like tearing silk. The cervical vertebrae — yielded with a sharp, bone-shattering crack. Deeper still, the blade sheared through the esophagus, its muscular walls contracting futilely in a spasm that sent a trickle of saliva-laced blood dribbling down her chin. Nerves severed in a flash, sending phantom signals racing through her body even as the major vessels erupted: arteries pulsing jets of bright arterial blood in rhythmic spurts, synchronized with her fading heartbeat, while the jugular veins unleashed a darker, venous flood that cascaded down her chest, soaking her in sticky warmth.

Ayaka's head detached with a grotesque finality, tumbling forward and rolling across the blood-slicked planks to rest a few feet away. Strands of her blue hair fanned out in the pooling gore, petals of cherry blossom adhering to the ragged stump where jagged flesh hung in tatters, the exposed vertebral column a pale, obscene protrusion amid the mangled flesh.

Then silence. Silence broken only by the steady dripping from the block.

Her body slumped forward, the union of head and body undone forever.

When the scaffold had been cleared and the crowd dismissed, a court scholar, versed in the natural sciences, approached the remains. His task was both witness and record, so that posterity might know the truth of rebel deaths.

He drew near and wrote thus:
“The body of Lady Kamisato Ayaka, noble-born, lies sundered. The neck bears two strokes: the first shallow, striking crooked and leaving the flesh mangled yet not wholly divided. This wound was cruel in its imperfection, prolonging breath when death should have been swift. The second stroke, more certain, accomplished the division, parting skin, sinew, and the column of bone. Thus the unity of the form was broken, and the head lay apart from the trunk, no longer joined by nature.
The countenance, though stilled, bore faint traces of pain endured in the interval between blows. The mouth was slackened, the tongue fallen within, as is often seen when life is cut short by violence. The eyes, though dimmed, seemed not wholly at peace, as if some part of anguish lingered even beyond departure.
Already pallor spreads over the limbs, robbing the flesh of its former hue. The warmth departs from extremities first, creeping inward toward the heart. The bowels loosen, as is common in death, betraying the vessel in its last indignity. The muscles yield, all strength abandoned, so that the frame which once carried grace and dignity collapses to base matter.
In hours to come, stiffness shall set in. This rigor binds the body in mockery of life’s former strength. Later still, corruption will follow: discoloration of flesh, swelling of the belly, the slow work of dissolution by air and worm.
Thus we see: whether noble or common, strong or delicate, all flesh returns to frailty. The vessel of the soul is but a fragile dwelling, soon broken, soon undone. That such a flower as Lady Kamisato should end so reveals not only the cruelty of man, but also the impermanence decreed by Eternity.”

His notes were sealed in the archives, though whispered copies spread among physicians and monks, who studied them with awe and sorrow. For in the scholar’s hand, the anatomy of death became also the anatomy of tragedy.

Her remains were not borne in honor. They were loaded into the back of a rough wooden cart, covered in straw. The body lay wrapped in cloth, the head placed separately in a bundle beside it.
The wheels creaked as the cart moved through narrow streets, unmarked and unescorted, as though the fallen noble were no more than common refuse. Children and merchants glanced at it in silence, their faces unreadable.
For Ayaka, there was no longer dignity in procession — only the harsh reality of disgrace. What once would have been a parade of banners was reduced to the rattle of cartwheels carrying her lifeless form toward burial.

The cart delivered her remains to the family ground, and attendants gathered in silence. No silks or gilded coffins awaited her; the Kamisato name had been stripped of its former luster, and what was fashioned for her was crude: rough boards hastily nailed together, a vessel more fit for common folk than for the daughter of a noble house.

Before burial, the body was prepared. The attendants unwrapped the cloths and revealed her form. Many turned their eyes away, for the sight was grievous.
Once, Ayaka had been spoken of as a flower of Inazuma — graceful in bearing, lithe in movement, her face serene and composed, her hair shining like silk. In death, all that had withstood the world’s cruelties was undone.
Her flesh was drained of color, pallid with the waxen sheen of stillness. The lips, once quick to form polite smiles, had darkened faintly at their edges, slackened and unresponsive. Her eyes, mercifully closed by careful hands, could no longer carry their brightness. The neck bore the cruel testimony of her fate: the first, failed stroke visible in torn flesh, the second decisive cut completing the sundering. The head lay apart, a relic of her form, fragile and diminished by its separation.

The attendants worked with solemn care. They bathed her body in cool water, cleansing away the grime of scaffold and cart. Stiff limbs resisted at first, but they were patiently washed, the cloth passing over pale skin that once had held the warmth of life. The head, treated separately, was combed — each strand of hair straightened, as though by this small act dignity might be restored. When they at last placed it upon her chest within the coffin, the lack of unity between the two was stark, and none could deny the violence that had robbed her of wholeness.

Incense filled the chamber, curling smoke rising in thin threads. The scent of sandalwood hung heavy, masking the faint odor of stillness and decay. Soft prayers were whispered, though only a few remained to speak them. Hands folded, bows were made, but all felt the weight of poverty and disgrace pressing upon the ritual.

The coffin, plain and unadorned, was closed. Earth was heaped over it, the sound of soil striking wood echoing like a drumbeat. No banners marked her grave, no procession of mourners followed. Only the hushed gestures of those few loyal to her memory bore witness.

Thus ended the funeral of Lady Kamisato Ayaka — the noble blossom of a fallen house. The contrast was stark: she who had once embodied youth, strength, and dignity was now but a fragile, broken vessel, consigned to the earth in silence and haste.

Haven't posted in long time in this thread, here is something new. Identical thing to the one i posted in compilative checkpoint thread, but if that one was more of a proof of concept, this one is polished (well not really) and mostly finalized and photoshopped. Had to run multiple rounds of gemini on certain parts of scene (faces, sword, hands holding sword, feet of Sara), because chekpoint kinda butchered those, there still some artifacts present, especially around the sword where checkpoint tried to draw motion lines and they are all over the place. Background is also total poop, but whatever. At least photoshopped stump looks nice.

I haven't done anything serious in month at this point, feeling a bit washed out and burnt out in terms of guro (Also it is so hot right now that i don't want to load my GPU and further heat up my room xd). So i do not promise to make it, but you can still send your idea, maybe if i it is interesting to me i will do something.

It's okay. You responding is making me happy. How about Hilda getting an air compressor like one you can find at a gas station up her big butt for losing and not having money and her belly blowing up and blowing up (explode).
