    Most of the images in the last thread got nuked for being too realistic (understandable). So I'll do what I was thinking about doing anyways and host images on mega, then use a "converted to drawing" version for the previews here. Just know the actual images in the mega folder are in a realistic style.

    The password for every zip file in there will just be 'gurochan' (no quotes). it's only there to stop mega from sticking their nose in my shit. each zip folder contains a handful of images as well as the original prompt.

I was trying to get some conversations started, and then all the rooms just disappeared from the sidebar, and now all that shows up for me are the "Sever-Rules" and "Welcome" rooms.     Finally a new version of the GuRO Checkpoint Model is here.
    And this time it also possible to download it as a seperate LoRA.


    I have successfully trained a guro checkpoint built upon the WAI 14.0 base.
    I added 1000 synthetic images to better teach it some concepts. Bleeding of concepts decreased compared to the previous version.
    This model was trained on a total dataset of 8,000 images.

    It is not perfect but much better than the previous iterations. Including, but not limited to:

    I use anima. Very modular, loras train good, you'll have better luck than I do with your better data. Captioning is similar, use tags and remove what isn't on the image and what isn't wanted. Training simple too. Would recommend you try, can't do guro out of the box but its very easy to add with a few images.

    My first attempts at AI generation based on my own sketches. In the future—once I purchase a local AI server capable of running powerful video-generation models—I plan to create narrative short films, ideally 20–30 minutes long. Alternatively, I might produce a BDSM series centered on the daily lives of female torturers at a pornographic complex, who sexually torture and execute female slaves—slaves specifically trained for such sexual executions.

    I have successfully trained a guro checkpoint built upon the WAI 14.0 base. This model was trained on a dataset of 6,000 images and shows promise, particularly for generating images with tags such as severed head, hang, and amputee.

    While the model is performing well, there are some known issues that I am working to improve. A comprehensive list of the tags used during training can be found here: https://rentry.co/r-18G_illustrious_tags


    Some of the tags are unconventional, but I believe they are mostly self-explanatory.
