    Some 10 second clip I whipped out, I hope you guys enjoy it.

    Generating does not take too long but I'm missing some LORAs so its a bit limited. If anyone point me towards some good decapitation/dismembering LORAs, I can try to do more.

    Funnily enough the hardest part was trying to make the faces stop blinking. It seems to prefer the faces to blink no matter how many prompts I put in, though sometimes I get lucky.

    Also some of the webm's are lighter on the guro, but I'm try to work my way up a story with the videos.

    Tips and suggestions are welcome since I just got into this and prompt wrangling has been a handful.

    The whole process is a bit RNG since sometimes the AI will follow the instructions spectacularly well, or spectacularly badly. Trying to A/B test is an entire religious experience.

    I have mainly been trying to control the facial expressions and penis movement better.

    The cumshot over the face is easier to do since that is just normal sex play, though I want to experiment with cumming inside the throat as well. Having the semen leak out of her nose nose and eyes will be pretty hot imo.

    Another experiment would be to use first frame last frame to stich up longer videos.

    I bet it's tricky! I noticed that in one the dick could be seen in the back of the throat, which was super hot, and in another it was pushing up under the tongue. AIs are weird, but if you could get a gen of a guy cumming inside her mouth through the neck stump that would be fucking amazing! Good luck! I can't imagine there's a lot of training material of cum dripping from noses and especially eyes. It might get confused with eye fucking pics, but if you could at least get it dripping from the nose I can see that being pretty hot.

    I also liked those slow blinks, but also the static facial expressions. Seeing a severed head lose consciousness during a neck fuck is a hot idea I don't think I've ever seen. It's always still alive or not.

    I extended the video by 5 seconds and added in a cumming animation. It is a bit rudimentary and I'm not sure if turning her mouth into a soft-serve icecream machine is everyone's cup of tea.

    Initially the computer really did not want to add the last 5 seconds in at 720p quality and I really did not want to do any upscaling. I got it going in the end eventually so I hope to add more variations into the scene in the future.

    It shouldn't take you 12 minutes with 5090. I use a GGUF model and generate at 720p, 161 frames which takes me anywhere from 4 to 10 minutes with a 4090. Perhaps you can try using less steps by using a lightx2v LORA.

    It seems like with 720p/161frames the same prompt and seed will generate different results 480p/81frames. So if you want a higher quality video its going to be more high risk and time consuming. RNG is a bitch.

    For the movement I suggest testing with NSFW LORAs since the base wan2.2 model does not seem to understand sexual prompts or identify genitalia too well by default.

    There's a bunch of ways depending on the scene, but something like 'The throat is pushed down over his penis all the way down to his testicles' generally works. If no prompts work, consider changing models because no amount of prompting can save an unsuitable model. Looking at your webm it looks likes like you are using a first-frame-last-frame set up judging by the discoloration at the end? If so consider a vace set up since its support for that is better.

    thx i got it work now. changing model to base is better than using baked merge light lora checkpoint model, with nag stil cant make face consistent. now using gguf q4 without light lora work well in my case, just bit low res i think.

    GGUF with higher quants are more precise, I find Q4 and below models like to 'make up stuff'.

    That said don't beat yourself up about facial controls, because lack of facial control is a known weakness of the wan2.2 model. Sometimes you can RNG it by generating the videos several times and hope you get lucky with the details in one of them.

    Surprisingly, it looks like Wan 2.2 can do a fairly decent realistic heart in gens if you use the heart \(organ\) tag in your prompt; I suspect it has some live surgical footage in its training data.

    Apologies for the furry, but I was doing some testing...the downside of Wan 2.2 is that the heart never seems to *beat* no matter *what* kind of prompt I put in.

    Not sure how feasible it'd be to make a LoRA to get a heart motion at all either...hmmm. Any advice? I don't think my local desktop could handle doing LTX-2, not enough RAM (NVidia 4070 Ti Super with 16 GB VRAM, and I *think* 32 to 48 GB of DDR5 RAM)...
