Id recommend making a couple stills or a character sheet if you could. References go a long way in maintaining consistency across generations/separate clips.

If you can't gen long, gen short and stitch together. Id say use first and last frames but its hard to avoid continuation color shifting across gens, again you need a tone reference image to somewhat offset it, or color adjustment in an editor in post production (still not great, color shifts even when corrected can still be noticed).
