My first attempt at just using ComfyUI MiniMax text-video

Using this scene in Daz, to then render with AIRE with no real prombts other then to have sleeping expressions since the plug-in defualts to having characters stare at the camera.

Last text to video, now i will try out the reference ones.

Using just some png's of Lucy and Erza from Fairy tail with a simple prompt. Neither very good I feel, the second one has a good ending though but the rest is trash. The first one was my first try with the only prompt being <Picture 0> kills <Picture 1>

Using my own images and a more complicated prompt, it was nearly good until the end.

This one turned out great.

I noticed that the videos you posted don't show the vagina; if you try to have a loli character expose her vagina or anus, will the AI ​​refuse?

Unfortunately i have no Idea, as I said in the beginning I don't really know what I'm doing. For the text to video stuff, it might default to smoothness. When I choose minimax i did so becuase it was free and could be local, I also saw a comment on a youtube tutorial said it was good because it has nudity, I never prompted for nudity, and the ones using AIRE and my daz made images was just playing around so I didn't give them vagina assets, and some basic clothes.

I usually use DAZ to make comic style stories so I was just using the images I have already rendered, maybe it helps that I prompted like I was writing a usual comic? And since I have lots of images in sequence I just said Go to this picture where such and such happens and then go to next picture where this and that happens. I have been using DAZ for years and have a stupidly wide selction of assets so it might help that I can make any reference images I want or need.

Oh there is a way to do it in software? I wasn't sure how to do it, and just pushed duration to thirty but is said online it makes the video's wonky and I guess there is a way to make the AI take clips and continue them, but i don't really know how to do that yet. Only thing I could think of was video editing.

Tweaking the prompt, not much better

Changed parts of the prompt, specifcally instead of "Steps off the stool" to "Kicks the stool away" then gave some prompt for her hands. "claw at her throat" "arms fall limply to her sides"

Result is satsfying

Best result, only change to prompt is "Last shot is a close up of her feet hanging limply in the air.

Made it longer with added "thin trail of liquid runs down the legs and drips on the floor"

Not a bad result, but the wide shot detail isn't great and she is still making noise at a point when she is supposed to be dead. Will trying again at 15 seconds.

Shorter this time, but added a few details to the female character.

Result is pretty good

Alright - so here's the software I've had GPT Astra build to make my life easier while working with MiniMax H3.

Minimum requirements: 16GB VRAM for the loaded models (there's still a lot of RAM swapping, so at least 32GB of RAM as well).
Runs on windows.

You start it via the Start-MotionBench.cmd file. Scan the archive with defender before running anything - as a good practice; I'm not giving anyone malware, but you never know on the internet.

It will run a script the first time it starts, installing a mini python runtime for the other scripts needed. If it doesn't find ComfyUI or it's other dependencies, you'll have the options to install and download all requirements - or point each dependency path to a file on your system.
You can view settings at http://127.0.0.1:8788/settings.html after the server starts.

The recommended model it runs is a version of encoder that allows for inputs of a starting frame + multiple reference images. You can then reference each image by mentioning 'Picture 1', 'Picture 2', etc. Picture 1 is always the starting frame.

The main things I like about it are that you can use the last frame of a finished generation as starting frame for the next - with the press of a button. A clip has gone off the far end from a specific point? Go to assemble with just one clip selected on the timeline and save a trimmed version up to that point, so it's not 100% wasted GPU time. Use last frame before things went off the rails and continue.

Got all the clips and story? Hop on the assembler, place them in order and it should be done.

There are some improvements I still need to make for it to be more user friendly, but I think it's quite useful with what's baked in already. Going to add some background removal via another small neural net so you can select reference images so background removal runs more easily.

Huh... my first contribution to open source if you can call it that, and it's a tool for generating smut.

Forgot to mention, another finding I have is that compute time scales approximately quadratically with clip length, so it's better to think in terms of 3-6s gestures that stringed together compose the scene.

There's definitely more experimenting I want to do before I upload my first clip, but shorter clips should also allow for character refresh from reference images. I found that if the pussy of a character went offscreen then back on screen across different generations, it was horribly malformed.

Another round of testing and playing around

made a series of images in DAZ and put them as the reference for argument leading to strangle death.

Using reference-video, I think I confused my self truing to remember which image was which, not a good result over all.

Another one, its funny the only thing I said was Fairy Tail anime style, and now we get dead Erza as the mom.

A bit of video editing since I feel the first one had the best twitching death from the daughter while the third one was my favorite mother.

Total failure, wanted to try pushing for 30 second render but things didn't go well, the dead body shots weren't bad though, just everything else was trash. Lesson learned.

The Story:

A young single mother, Rachel, was hard up for cash trying to raise her daughter, Sophia. She took up a job she knew was risky, but paid more then she had ever earned in her life, more than enough for the two to live comfortably. It seemed so simple, just take some documents from one person and give them to another, who then gave her a stack of cash. The only rule she was ever given was she could never look at the documents. For a few weeks everything went fine, but curiosity crept into Rachel's mind. What were these documents she was carrying all over town, with random drop off points. She tried to fight off the curiosity, to remind herself as long as she had money, food and a nice place to live who cared what it was she was doing. Unfortunately, one day, Rachel was unable to contain her curious mind. She opened one of the documents, and saw with horror what it was that she had been doing. The documents where Highly classified military secrets, the kind that if the government caught her with, she would be dragged before a firing squad without trial. Without a second thought Rachel raced home, burned the document, then she went to Sophia's school and grabbed her daughter. Within an hour the two were on a train heading out of the city into the countryside. Sophia was confused but excited to be riding on a train. Once the two where far away from the city, Rachel and Sophia walked a couple miles to a small little hamlet where Rachel rented a dingy little room. It was only when she locked the door that Rachel let herself feel a small sense of relief.

Two month pass with no sign of any trouble, Rachel and Sophia had integrated pretty well with the Hamlet and Rachel truly felt that maybe she was safe. She was even thinking of going back into the city to pull out her savings, such a sum would be more than enough to last a long while in the country side. That night Rachel took a bath feeling happy and content, the fear of being branded a spy was beginning to seem like a silly notion. As she walked back to her bedroom she even wondered if maybe she had overreacted.

As she entered her room a strong gloved hand grabbed her, and through her too the ground. Rachel let out a startled Yelp, that becomes a choking gasp as she looks up to see a tall man in a mask, in his hand was a gun, a silencer screwed to the Barrel. Rachel knew the man, everyone in the city did, he was the Executioner, his job, to find and execute spies against the government. Tears well in Rachel's eyes as she tries to beg for for her life.

But her pleas fall on deaf ears, the Executioner raises his gun and with a suppressed bang, Rachel is no more. His Job done the executioner turns to leave but is stopped by a small girl in the doorway, her eyes dart from the man to her mother dead on the floor, Mommy? she asks confused.

The man sighs, his orders were clear, there were to be no witnesses.

A long list of mostly failures today, not bad but not exactly what I was looking for.

The premise I was trying to get was basically the same story as before "Loose Ends" but with a teen daughter instead, I also wanted the teen to fall on her mothers body after being shot, but the results were a mixed bag with nothing quite hitting the mark. I don't know if I need a better prompt or if Minimax has trouble with intertwined bodies. I'll come back to it another time.
