I didn't quite catch the character of these characters as much as I'd like to have.

The Sandra project was done almost entirely with MiniMax H3 for creating video and Qwen for creating still images to guide the video.

While some people seem to be getting somewhat decent gore out of MiniMax H3, I was unable to convince MM to do a decent gutting.

On the venice.ai web site, however, a commercial website that lets you get away with gore (in some cases and with some AI models), I was definitely able to get Wan 2.7 to do a fairly decent gutting for me.

The problem was that venice.ai definitely won't allow you to create content of any kind with a character like 9 year-old Sandra. So, what to do?

I tried to use the above video itself as a reference video for MM, but unfortunately MM just kept importing the video whole rather than using it to guide different characters.

What helped was using DaVince Resolve to mask off the appearance of the demo characters to make a video focused just on the intestines and the hand movements I needed.

That worked! (There are probably more sophisticated workflow techniques to get the same result, but I haven't learned them yet.) With the extraneous video content hidden MM happily transferred the gutting action to my Sandra and Sandra's mother characters.

I simply could not find a way to put this pose into prompt wording in a way that MiniMax H3, Qwen, or any other image model I tried would accept. Most of the models wanted to pose the girl underneath the woman with her body oriented exactly the opposite way as this (eyes looking up from the pussy, legs pointing assward).

If not that, I got the woman on top balancing on her toes instead of down on her knees. If not that, bizarre contortionist crap with extra bodies and heads and legs.

Of course, if I could have found real humans posed exactly like this, without hours of searching, I might have been able to use a real image as a guide. Since MiniMax H3 was willing to work with this justsketch.me image as a reference image. however, I was able to get my video characters correctly posed this way instead.

So DaVinci Resolve to the rescue. I used a still a static overlay covering the parts of the last clip that didn't need to change. It blended well to hide the undesired visible breathing.

For my part, my production process goes through 2 models, a turbo on 5 to 8 steps, which allows me to see if my scenario is well understood, this model makes a lot of errors in interpretation, but it gives an idea and especially in 0.4 megapixel it allows me to know if I am going the wrong way or not. then I switch to a 20-step fl2va model for the final, it's much longer, but the quality is really better even if aberrations can still be generated of course.
I have a real challenge with the weights of the Lora I use, and they are not all compatible with the distilled models, but overall I find that just with Lora for both male and female sexes, the minimax models work incredibly well, much better than Wan and LTX, in terms of quality and understanding of the scenario. I sometimes even have the impression that it understands the context by putting the right tone in the texts that I generate, these models are crazy!

As the video is now, it took me a few weeks to create a little over two minutes of video. That wasn't weeks of sustained eight hour days, obviously, but still a lot of effort.

I do hope to make longer content as I go along. Hell, I'd love to make some mini movies. But I've got to improve my own skills at lot before I can efficiently generate longer content. I recently spent an ungodly amount of money to buy an RTX 5090 video card that I used to finish up the last half of this video. That's generating content 3-4 times faster than my old 3090, so that's going to help a lot too.

There's a guy who has been posting some pretty good Dolcett-themed videos here, who clearly has much better skills than I for making long-form content. His teasers are a few minutes and the stuff he wants you to spend money to see in full are I think around 20 minutes long.

As for not getting so brutal... well, this is a guro board. And I personally like doing snuff content. But it's not the only thing I like doing. I haven't personally seen this question before, and I'm not even sure what you mean by "the video generator".

There are many systems out there for generating AI video. I personally use something called ComfyUI (https://comfy.org/), supplemented with accounts on venice.ai and joyfun.ai. I also find Photoshop extremely helpful for working around problems when AI alone won't do what I ask it to do.

A lot of people use Grok, but I've never wanted to bother with playing the games people have to play to dodge Grok content restrictions.

Setting up ComfyUI is not something I want to try to explain here, but you can easily google that yourself. It's all public info, not anything you need to scour the "dark web" to discover. Keep in mind you do need a decently powerful PC and powerful graphics card to get much out of running ComfyUI at home.

There is cloud access to ComfyUI, which gets around the need to have a powerful computer, but that's sadly terribly strict about the type of content generation which is allowed.

venice.ai is pretty good for allowing sexual and guro content to be generated, so long as you steer clear of underage characters. joyfun.ai can be tricked into handling loli content, but absolutely refuses to do guro or even anything slightly violent.

The main reasons it takes me a while to get new stuff posted:

1) I'm not exactly nose-to-the-grindstone diligently working at making new stuff everyday.

2) I can be ridiculously picky about some details, so I sometimes spend a crazy amount of time tweaking prompts, using still image editing to create and modify set-up shots, Photoshopping what AI won't do or doesn't understand, doing pose edits with justsketch.me, etc.

3) I run multiple final-resolution gens to pick the best one out of a batch.

On the plus side, MiniMax H3, while far from perfect, has been so much better than fighting with Wan 2.2, or working around content restrictions and paying for multiple gens on commercial sites.

I'm assembling multiple clips using DaVinci Resolve, so at that point I don't have to worry about what my AI tools are using, I can pick among DaVinci's options.

I normally go with H.265 specifically to keep file sizes smaller. That's going to be even more important once this current project is done, especially if I want to use file.garden as alternative hosting to catbox.moe... the 40 MB per-file limit with file.garden is a bit tight.

MiniMax H3 has definitely revived my hopes of completing that someday. It had turned out to be a bit too ambitious to handle when my best uncensored video tools were Wan 2.2 and LTX 2.3.

Nope. Everything I've done has been with the open source version.

Not that I've bothered to even try to look into this, but obviously there must be some kind of license that lets you run the full version of MiniMax on your own hardware -- that would have to be what online resellers use. I'd guess, however, that route is both very expensive and very not-anonymous.

You can find some resellers who'll accept crypto or gift cards as payment to conceal your identity that way, but then you almost certainly run into strict content filters. Most resellers restrict all violence and underage characters, some restrict all sexual content.

venice.ai is one reseller where, for some AI image and video models, there are no violence restrictions. But it's hypersensitive to underage characters.

joyfun.ai can be fooled (or at least, could be fooled in the past -- haven't tested this lately) into doing some loli fun if you use lolis as starter images, and are careful in your prompt wording to pretend your lolis are adult women. But, alas, joyfun.ai is very strict at blocking anything the slightest bit rough or gory.

Technically, in the US at least, fake CP is still (for now) constitutionally protected at the federal level, unless you use images of real children. Laws have been passed at the state level in most states to make all types of CP, based on real kids or not, illegal, but so far, AFAIK, no case has been tried which has challenged the constitutional precedent protecting fake CP.

Of course, you're pretty fucked if things go as far as someone wanting to prosecute you, regardless of whether the constitution ultimately shields you or not. Guarding you anonymity, not trying to make money doing this shit, and not being a real-life child abuser are the things that keep you pretty safe.

Thanks for the reply. I did a search for Minimax H3 and only saw the online commercial site. That is why I thought you were using them. Now I see that there is a local version. Got it now. But I see a whole lot of terms I have no idea what they mean. Something about running Minimax under some other engine(s). I have a lot to learn to get started.

So, it would make more sense to me if, instead of worrying about mother finding out, the teacher says that she already spoke to mother, and mother gave permission for teacher to do what ever she wished to punish daughter. But, I am a perfectionist. Which is very annoying because nothing can ever be perfect. Ever. No one has ever got the AI hanging to look real. Her neck should stretch a couple of inches. And get a little thinner because it is stretched. The rope should press into her neck and her jaw. Especially the back of the jaw. Some way to teach/prompt the AI to do these? There are plenty of pictures of real hangings from WWII.

Maybe add a little blood from where the rope is pressing into her neck. That is not realistic but is realistic for Guro types of hangings :)

Oh, yeah. I hear you. I'm reasonably happy with how the video came out, but I'm quite aware of a lot of flaws too. I tried, for instance, to use prompting like "the rope bites/digs/sinks into her neck", etc., but to no avail.

Better voice acting is badly needed. And please, don't go hunting for continuity errors. You'll find plenty. 😄

Nevertheless, I'm amazed that MiniMax H3 or any the other popular AI video models can even grasp to idea of a person hanging from a rope around the neck at all. I don't imagine there's too much if any of that sort of thing in the training data.

Compared to hiring actors to do this stuff, however, this is way cheaper and much more legal.

As she’s climbing up and turning to “face the wall” (and therefore before all of the spanking), Miss Thorne places a camera on a desk, aimed up at the girl on the stool, and switches it on. (2 seconds max)

Later, the mother picks up that camera, switches it off, pockets it, and smiles, saying “I know some guys who are going to love this.” The girl is appalled when she understands and remembers what’s on that video for guys to watch… and love.
