This isn't meant to be a complete piece, it's just a component for a longer project.

I wasn't able to talk MiniMax H3 in doing a good job of piercing a nipple with a safety pin via prompting language alone. When I tried to use an AI assistant to help with my prompts, the "help" made things much worse -- total crazy nightmare fuel weirdness at times.

So using a combination of Photoshop and Seedream V5 Pro AI editing (on the venice.ai website, which hosts some models which don't have content restrictions on blood, violence, or gore) I decide to create a series of five images going through the piercing step by step, hoping this would be enough to create the detailed effect I wanted.

Here's a reduced-resolution version of what Wan 3.0 Reference (also via venice.ai) did when given the above sequence of images and this prompt:

Follow @Image1, @Image2, @Image3 @Image4, and @Image5 in sequence, creating a video showing a woman's nipple being pierced by a safety pin, which is pushed through the nipple, comes out the other side causing bleeding, after which the springy safety pin is pinched closed, then tugged on. The breast should jiggle slightly in response to the forces acting on the safety pin and the nipple.

I tried to use the above directly as a video reference for MiniMax H3, but I didn't get any success until I did something I'd needed to do once before — mask off all but the crucial details for the action I was trying to demonstrate via video reference.

I hope to use this basic idea as a general approach for other hard-to-render concepts, like getting more realistic versions of decapitations and amputation than we typically see.

Of course, another avenue would be getting good at using Daz 3D and/or Blender, but until I buckle down and take the time to learn those skills, this sort of thing will have to do.

Here's some of the "help" I got from AI-assisted prompt writing.

This is looking real nice. Always enjoy some brutal tit treatment.
