Most popular characters would be a part of the base model for Illustrious and Pony. There's also when the model was trained, if the character became popular after it was trained it is unlikely to be a part of the base model, so an older model like ponyv6 might be missing some new characters. I like to check gelbooru to see if it might be a part of the base model or not. (https://gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=list&tags=sawachika_eri+) Shows only ~300ish entries. I find most characters with 1k+ are a part of the base model, so this character will likely need a Lora to be made.

Character Lora's are relatively easy to make if you have the hardware for it. I personally follow this guide (https://civitai.com/models/281404/lora-training-guide-anime-sdxl) to make simple Lora's. It's quite old now and I wouldn't follow it religiously but it should still be an okay starting point. Just speaking from experience, the more generic the char is, the easier it is to combine their char-Lora with the guro-Loras. So Sawachika Eri I'd guess should be pretty easy to work with.

For these three Sawachika images I've used workflows that didn't give me more useable guro pics, otherwise I would have uploaded the batches as you requested. I'm using a 2 (+) step approach called multidiffusion. Without that the basic initial pics I get look pretty poorly (see example in next post). The 2nd step takes the longest time, like half an hour per pic with my gpu. For the debreasting pic I got extremely lucky anyways and I could use the first raw image to refine with multires and finish it with manipulating/inpainting. The impalement pic was traced from another pic with "anytest", so while there are more raw gens they all are the exact same pose. Only difference is, the other 40* ish pics are crude (lowres, jittery contours, otherwise reduced quality) with wrong clothes, wrong impalement pole positioning, bad backgrounds. And the pussy stabbing pic started out as a non guro pic, to which I then added the Katana. So I could only upload the other pics of her laying on her back. But all these other pics also have too many flaws imho anyways, like the aforementioned impalement pics (otherwise I would have used one of them.)

No you're not wrong. It would be faster if I'd work with smaller resolutions, yes. Pony Diffusion and its mixxes (and all other models that are based on SDXL) are trained to be best used with resolutions at about 1024x1024 pixels. So for other aspect ratios you'll ideally end up with one value above and one value below that for your initial generations. While it can generate smaller pics much faster the quality diminishes further and the subsequent steps to fix all the errors in the pics often becomes even more time consuming in the end, especially with char-Loras and guro-Loras (in my humble experience). The multidiffusion step upscales and doubles the resolution from the initial gen, the time consuming part here is that I let it run at a denoise strength of 0.33 at first to get somewhere between 6-20 very similar upscaled/enhanced versions of that image. (the number of pics is depending on how good, large, detailed etc. the initial gen is, that I'm trying to refine. The denoise value defines how much the image gets scrambled (introduction of noise) before it then gets restored, upscaled and so on by multidiffusion). Then I pick the one image - seed out of that run that I think is overall looking the best and let multidiffusion run on just that seed again with a script active, that will repeat the multidiffusion with different denoise values in predetermined steps. Usually I'll use denoise of 0.36,0.39,0.42,0.45,0.48 for that last multidiffusion run, thereby 6 ever so slightly sharper, more detailed versions of that pics will be generated. The higher the value, the longer it takes and towards the upper end more and more errors creep into the image, like legs turning into torsos, additional characters or just faces randomly beeing generated onto background features and all kinds of other AI-shennanigans. But other parts of these higher denoise pics will end up even sharper, more detailed while still retaining the original subject. So in the next step I'll usually photoshop a compound image where I simply take snippets from lower denoised pics and add them in layers onto the best basic image I'll have gotten from the multidiffusion to cover up the AI weirndesses, then softbrush erase the edges of the added snippets to blend them in and if need be the next/final steps(s) will be inpainting the remaining bad details on that. The thing is I'm kinda aiming towards quality (not claiming to be successfull in that area, though xD) and at least somewhere around 2k. Because a) I don't just want to spam AI-schlock (and thereby contribute further to the resentment many folks have against AI - pics in general) and b) I've got some pretty big monitors, so its also just for my own enjoyment. xD ^^

Broken bones. Man, I've fiddled with so many loras and models and combinations thereof and I absolutely CANNOT find a way to generate broken limbs. It's torture. I know that models are tuned towards good anatomy and, well, a snapped arm bent backwards is just about the opposite of that, but a lora for broken bones would be so dearly appreciated.

However, if that's too general, a lora for broken fingers specifically would also be a godsend.

Yeah that'll be hard to achieve I'd guess. There are no explicit tags for broken limbs on danbooru and such sites, so even with illu there's no way to prompt for it and any Lora would need to be trained completely from scratch with no prior knowledge by the model. I guess you would need at least 40-50 pics just for broken fingers alone to have a flexible Lora.

Also there in the opening post you'll find a list of criteria for the quality etc.. It says there that at least 20 images are needed, but from recent experience that seems to be too few, hence my recommendation of 40-50 pics at least.

You can mostly prepare the dataset pretty easily yourself, thus saving Entropy's time; if you are using a1111/forge you can install this tagger extension: https://github.com/picobyte/stable-diffusion-webui-wd14-tagger.git

Once you've got all pics in order in one folder run the batch process (there should be a new tab in your a1111/forge after you install the extension and restart the ui), select Interrogator model "WD14 moat tagger v2" and hit "Interrogate". That will create a .txt file with tags for each pic. To further easily edit these .txt files I also recommend you install this little taggerUI: https://github.com/jhc13/taggui/releases/download/v1.30.1/taggui-v1.30.1-windows.7z ...you'll need to decide on a triggerword for your concept and add that to all .txt's. In your case simply going with "broken fingers" may work, but there's no guarantee before trying. Also for pony add "score_9, source_anime" to the start of all tags. So each .txt should start with "score_9, source_anime, broken fingers" in your case.

I posted this in an earlier thread for a specific artist, so I'll post it here:

My "request" is more of depicting a rather unconventional concept, with not much care for what characters get used.

Basically take two rather different-looking characters (e.g. Rin Tohsaka and Luvia Edelfelt), have them decapitated and/or debreasted in some manner whether intentional or accidental, and then afterwards their parts are either put on display or in a casket or whatever, but the parts get mixed up for whatever reason and each girl's head and/or torso and/or breasts (however you want to mix them up) get mistakenly "allocated" as having originated from the the opposite girl.

So using my example characters of Rin Tohsaka and Luvia Edelfelt, the idea is that the end result could be things like Rin's head ends up being paired with Luvia's torso and/or breasts, and Luvia's head paired with Rin's torso and/or breasts. If name tags and/or labels are included, then we can go even further and optionally mix that up as well, labeling Rin's head with Luvia's torso as "Luvia" and Luvia with Rin's torso as "Rin" or the like.

Of course, since depicting multiple different characters in a single image is apparently difficult for AI at this time, this would likely require multiple separate images (or images combined together after-the-fact, though that can strip out embedded metadata)

Attached is a random unrelated fan image of Rin and Luvia demonstrating what I mean by "two rather different-looking characters".

While this isn't an issue (I like seeing how a person interprets and depicts a given concept), I was thinking more along the lines of "plausible deniability", such as if the person trying to organize the girls' separated parts simply never saw the girls while they were living and therefore doesn't actually know whose parts belong to who or even which girl is who (or at least can claim as such :P). If their skin tone were distinctly different, then that'd make it easy to be able to associate which parts go which which girl, nullifying the prospect of "plausible deniability"...at least outside of sort of "name tag" swap on its own I guess.

Ok, so with that "plausible deniability" angle beeing the focus, my first idea (just spitballing here) would be something like 2girls hiking through some remote woods, jungle, whatever, then get raped, snuffed, dismembered and their parts scattered around the crime scene. then they're found and retrieved by the police and ultimately we see either a confused coroner in the morgue trying to make heads or tails out of them (badum tssk >.<) or maybe that task falls to the undertaker and we see him puzzling over which part to put into what coffin. So far I think that scenario would work nice if set in some remote backwater 3rd world country. Makes it more plausible for the local police/coroner to not give a fuck about just another pair of spoiled rich western cunts getting murdered in their jurisdiction. Do you think that scenario could work for you? Or do you have another idea?

I think there'll be no way around compositing (at least with my limited skillset, workflows etc. and with how I'm imagining this premise so far, cause I'm not at all successful with regional prompting) But I'd have no problem sharing the prompts and stuff afterwards, if I manage to come up with something.

I will at the very least share my sort of "example" scenario I came up with a few years ago that was the basis of this concept;

Two or more girls get hit by a truck or bus when crossing a crosswalk/zebra-crossing, think the stereotypical "isekai" situation, albeit with a bit more dismemberment and such. However, a sort of "time wizard" or something steps in to fix them up because their death(s) breaks the timeline or something, but it doesn't matter how they get reassembled because the wizard needs to retcon history to nullify the accident anyway...not that they'd know the correct "allocation" of body parts off the top of their head because their focus is more higher-level on like time and souls and stuff rather than outward physical appearances of incarnations and such.

And so the girls get reassembled and time is resumed with the truck/bus continuing from already on the other side of the crosswalk/zebra-crossing, and nobody is any the wiser that the heads/torsos/whatever have all been shuffled.

Well, it would still be guro, if there's blood and gore along the way, I'd say. Just as an example think of Teh Daves' Angels Corps where (just by ignoring any continuity) the girls reappear alive and well after their various demises, but still there's guro happening in between, right?. In your scenario the girls' "resurrection" would just have an explanation, would even be the focus. Still I think I'll go with a plain perma death scenario. But since I won't start anything on that for a few days anyways I'll still have time to further think about it, so who knows. ^^

Personally blood and gore on its own does nothing for me (but not revolting, just... meh, whatever.). Consider that my main area of interest is /f/reakshow stuff, so any guro tends to just be more of a "manual" way of facilitating a given /f/reakshow subject - an easy example being amputation which is arguably just "manual NBM" (natural body magic)

This impalement (v3?) LoRA's very good but it seems like it's hard to produce anything but straight vertical impalement. Mostly the pole emerges from the head. It's just luck if it doesn't. Any advice for more reclined poses, or any chance of a more flexible LoRA?

The v3 had unintentionally become kind of an 'in between' - version. Entropy and I have been further refining the datasets. Currently a newer version is beeing trained on (Which should be 3 separate Loras for 3 use-cases). V4 and V5 where kind of failures, at least not working as intended. For instance the V5 for 'pole from between breasts' barely works except for when used with one certain Illu model, allthough it was trained on pony.

One of the main problems we've encountered is the fact, that there is a substantial amount of "prior knowledge" about triggers like especially "impaled" in the pony base model. Though it is usually rather hard to pull from that by prompting alone (unless you crank up the cfg) it seemingly conflicts with/or at least negatively influences the Lora training. Because of that we have opted to divide the concept into 2 main categories that are further divided into concepts (~Loras), one for vertical (which is the focus for now/what is beeing trained on) and horizontal. This will be especially necessary for horizontal stuff, because the basemodel will allways try to do something vertical, if the trigger "impaled" is involved. So instead we'll most likely train horizontal stuff on the trigger "skewered".

I have just started to work on refining/reworking the datasest for horizontal stuff again yesterday, so I'm not sure yet if we will also further subdivide horizontal impalement and if so into what exactly. But for vertical impalement there will be one Lora for just the insertion without the pole piercing through and one version each for pole from mouth- and pole from between breasts stuff.

Once the training is done and we've had a few days to test the Loras and confirm they're working they'll be released in Entropy's thread.

And because I've just been given the v6 impalement Loras yesterday and testing them takes precedence (so we can hopfully upload asap) even that prior guestimate of mine was a bit too optimistic. (meaning I need to test the new Loras another day, possibly two before I get to start working on your request. I won't give an ETA on when I'm done, because as you've rightfully said, it would be in Elon-time anyways, but I can definitely say it'll take *at least* another week to finish. I'm spending every free minute on it, but rl was pretty demanding this week and also further Lora testing was necessary, which also kept me from it. Besides, that request isn't just another 1 off pic or just one pic with a bunch of alterations like that series from >>5414 and on, but instead (according to my current storyboard) 9-10 multipanel cartoon pages. (and each panel is a pic in its own right generation wise. Those ayaswan Loras are badly overtrained. Most people I know of use it only at super low strength because it can slightly enhance blood and gore in general. And I haven't figured out how to use neither the pony version nor the illu version at higher weight in a way that would generate useable pics in aya swans style. Sorry about that. I've generated 1 good hanging quad ampu pic for each of these girls with their bellies open but not yet enough gore spillage for my taste and severe quality issues (thanks to so many Loras used at once) so they too both need tons of more inpainting before I'll upload them, so same deal, it'll be done when it is done.

Well here's where you got me (a not unsubstantial "little bit") because not only are there a few things in this project that I just hadn't done before at all and that I had and still continue to have a hard time to achieve. Multiple chars are really challengeing, but I've found a few ways to make that work easier just in these last few days (ForgeCouple ftw-ish). And also due to the expansion of the story, due to what I've worked out with grok, a few additions and changes are necessary. So I wouldn't say it's totally stuck in development hell but rather it is grinding through it, admittedly at times at a snail's pace. And sometimes it's just to much when nothing seems to work as intended. So I hope you can forgive me when I sometimes (like the last two days) choose to have a break from the hard things and do something easy instead. (Just saying, because I know me posting these other things look as if I tryed to fool you)

How about just sharing the unique user ID number that every pixiv user has? You know, it's the sequence of numbers in the URL when you're simply viewing your profile page and/or gallery (but not when viewing a specific art work). For example, this user ID number has historically been what Japanese artists used in doujinshi and/or manga to indicate where you can find them on pixiv.

Hopefully that doesn't mean they also go down the same route of enshittification for a while. *I'd strongly advise everyone here* (even if you just request stuff and don't make AI yourself) to go onto civitai NOW, make an account, go to the profile settings to unfilter all the r18 content and then look for loras of you favoured chars and stuff like styles (for particular artists/shows) and in general everything kinky (for pony- and illu- basemodels) and download those Loras - they say in their new ToS and their announcement that they'll only go after the kind of content that doesn't comply but I'm pretty certain a bunch of Lora creators may either be completely nuked or choose to leave themself. Meaning even apparently mundane char Loras (like the EQ girls) might fall victim to the oncoming wave. There are supposedly 29 days left until they enforce their shit, but I wouldn't wait that long. (consider they'll even ban tame stuff like piss, incest and anything that could be remotely viewed as depicing anything nonconsentual, to name just a few- the situatian really is that dire.)

Pixai doesn't let you post NSFW images to the gallery (including lora cover art), and doesn't let you generate lewds on realistic models, but you can upload just about any lora you want (and use them too). Most blatantly NSFW loras just get posted with black censor bars on cover, or without cover art at all. They seem to have settled into a groove where they don't bother either payment guys or users, it's been in this stable state for a pretty long while.

I was under the impression that tensor.art was strict on censoring until now, but I just checked the site again, looks as though it might be pretty useable for "normal" stuff that will no longer be hosted on civit. On seaart I'd estimate the chances for finding stealthy or even openly harder stuff (guro-, blatant loli Loras etc.) are higher though. So could be good to settle on a mix of the two maybe?

The thing about Pixai for me is, that due to the lack of preview images and often times lack of trigger words and meta in the Lora itself have made 90% of everything I've ever downloaded from there useless. Up until about a year or so ago you could at least find some good results with the right search terms, but some of these terms got scrubbed or don't return results any more.

I think a place as central as civit was in some regards in the beginning won't come again so soon. Lora creators are already spreading out. Reminds me of the diaspora waves off of pixiv... So many good artists I never found again.

tl;dr - https://diffusionarc.com might be too new, or too many "AI bros" use "the cloud" for everything.

Heck, speaking of new, they just added the "request a model" button/form between now and my previous post; it's incredibly simple - when logged in, you just input the source URL and that's it.

(I already used it to submit two models/Loras as a "test" before I went to bed and they were subsequently posted by the next morning)

Seaart is already mirroring civit, I believe pixai does so, too, but only if someone uses the recource from civit on pixai's own image generator afaik.
