...and then we're allready getting into the impalement stuff. A Pixiv user, who's account sadly got deleted long ago, made an impalement Lora, that for the longest time was the only reliably working guro - Lora I could work with. Even used it to benchmark SD1.5 new models back then. So the following SD1.5 based pics are also somewhere around 1.5~ish years old.

this one is a recent pony redo of an old SD1.5 pic, so I think it's an appropriate segue into the newer PonyXL and later Illu stuff I've made.

This one is based on a really old pic from a guro artist who's name is unknown to me. (Please tell me if you know, I think the shape of her should be pretty recogniseable) Also I've used a Gary Roberts Style Lora here, allthough with very low weight.

Took me a minute to spot all changes (the piss and changed eye colors were obvious, but the changes to their mouths are really well made. When I made that pic I was focussed first and foremost on a 100% straight alignment of the poles. So when their mouths were a bit misaligned I kind of "saved" it through them kind of twitching or moving their heads slightly against the poles. I Wonder if you could fix the alignment of the pole of the redhead with your photoshopping skills. :)

foremost I'm happy & thankful that you're not angry with me for fiddling with your picture. in this case I just loved it so very much, that I HAD to try immediately, consequences be damned.
first I just wanted to fix the poles, but then while doing it, couldn't resist
to put a little personal spin on the image.
I can easily make a version without the piss and changed eye color, if you like.
though imho redheads are most fantastic with green or grey eyes.
also it's a bit more diversified than both of the girls having blue eyes.
the piss of course is very much subjective.
to me it symbolizes the point of losing the last shred of hope, control and dignity.
and it brings some life to the girl. personally I'm not a fan of "after the fact" pics.

Did that, some Versions. Will put them into the zip, not to spoil the whole thread here.
Problem being, that the Position of the Girl doesn't really allow to put an inflexible object straight through her, while still hitting the right orifices. You'd have to "hammer it through", so to speak. On that note, I got the idea to do a little more GC-friendly experiment.
To make it easier to "hammer something through the girl, it better be sharp... resulting in a smooth & quick trip through with expulsion of the matter, that was in the way at the other end.

absolutely no problem, in fact on the contrary, it's good to know.
Also it's good & very understandable, that you're careful. You should be! As should anyone
with stuff from the net & unknown sources.
BUT: I'm pretty sure, that it's only a technical issue. The zip-file was created under Linux
and I'm guessing, your using Windows. It is possible, that whatever scanner you use
identifies a strange (non-windows) format of the zip, hence the warning.
I just downloaded the archive from the given link and it looks fine on my end.
The content is only 244 *.jpg-images & one readme.txt.
I will now put those through some more scanners, to make sure the pics are clean.

As a thanks to you I put some effort into that file & it would be sad,
if you wouldn't get it after all. Let's find a different & secure way to do that.
After doing some additional virus-scans of my own, I could try and make a new archive, using windows.
Also I'm open to other suggestions.
You were kind enough to let me work on your pics & on top did defend me a bit for being an "idiot" & "a retard"(... txs, btw.), so I've no problem jumping through some hoops to get you those images in a way that's comfortable 4U.

I'm using a very much hardened Version of Firefox without JavaScript & so on. You can use catbox without JS, it's

(also helpful: "uBlock Origin" & "Cookie AutoDelete") pls let me know if that helps.
meanwhile I still will do some virus-scanning & repacking, just to be sure.

I'm using Photoshop CS6 and storing as *.psd-files.
Normally I would NEVER give out one of those. But since it is YOUR picture, I will.

This is a real treasure trove (my path into this kind of content was pretty similar to yours, just a few year later than yours apparently, because Carl's (Adler/Boli) artwork was also a cornerstone for me, but also col. kinks stuff. .psd should hopefully work I think. .pdn is the standard format for paint.net. That's what I've been using for the last 20-ish years. But apparently there's a plugin that should allow me to convert the .psd.

Those shadows are Layer Effects, Blend Mode Linear Burn, which doesn't seem to work with
Paint.NET even if using the PS-plugin:

We'd have to approach that in a completely different manner.
I could remove the shadows entirely, or use a diff. Blend Mode, still no guarantee that it'll work.

on your own art(!). Which shall not stand! A way will be found.

No Lora, just the base model (https://civitai.com/models/997160/knk-luminai) is good at stabbing already on its own but with some char Loras it excells at it somehow. This Jessica Lora (https://civitai.com/models/1429735/jessica-albert-dragon-quest-character) is the best one I've tested the basic stabby prompt with so far.

Others work too, but each char Lora influences the sword significantly.

The next few, as already mentioned, I had posted over on the ATF forum, each with a little story thingy. So for those who haven't seen it there and who like some fodder for the mind with their pretty pics, I'll post the accompanying text here too. Enjoy!

"Guess it's my turn to contribute something a little more tame this time. :3

In ancient Rome, 31 AD, the prefect of the Praetorian Guard and Emperor Tiberius’ man for his dirty work (and his co-consul in this year), Lucius Aelius Sejanus, was ousted from his position under suspicion or pretense of treachery. A carefully crafted series of letters read aloud in the Senate ended with the emperor’s accusations against him. From the Senate floor, he was brought to the Carcer, a prison mostly reserved for executions, and then executed in the Tullianum, a dark, damp, pit-like dungeon inside the Carcer where the condemned were thrown in through a hole in the ceiling. A carnifex - a Roman of the lowest status, either a slave or a freedman, working as one of Rome’s executioners - strangled him to death. As was custom, his body was thrown onto the Gemonian Stairs, where the mob was then allowed to tear it apart. His eldest son, Lucius Aelius Strabo, met the same fate a week later. Many followers and companions followed in this first wave of the purge; “damnatio memoriae,” as the Romans called it, meant the total destruction of everything related to Sejanus. His name was struck from records, his statues toppled, and his portrait scraped off all coins.​
After learning of her son’s fate, Sejanus’ first wife, Apicata, wrote an infuriated letter to Tiberius, accusing Sejanus of the murder of Drusus, the son of Emperor Tiberius, years earlier. She then committed suicide. Her letter, however, sealed her two remaining children’s fate, sparking another wave of executions; sometime in December, the order came from the island of Capri, where Emperor Tiberius resided for half of his reign. Sejanus’ two young remaining children, Capito Aelianus and Aelia Iunilla (Junilla), were condemned to the same fate as their father: to be strangled in the Tullianum and their bodies thrown onto the Gemonian Stairs. so since I was in the mood for some fire I replied:

"And they weren't the only ones, history is ripe with 'inspiring' tales... "I, Ashurnasirpal, mighty king, king of the universe, beloved of Ashur, the great lord who crushes his enemies beneath his heel, the one whose hand has conquered all lands from the rising to the setting of the sun, the stallion of the gods whose seed brings forth empires - I marched against the city of Kulushar, a den of filth that dared to spit upon my divine name. With the fury of Nergal in my heart, I tore down their walls like a tempest, their gates crumbling before my might, and I brought desolation upon their people to glorify my everlasting name.
I slew 300 of their warriors with my spear, their blood a river that stained the earth in my honor. Supporting her back with his free hand, he could feel her heart beating at an immense pace, yet growing weaker and weaker with every passing moment. Her voice cracked and made her screams turn into nothing more than a chaotic series of squeals and gurgling sounds that shortly thereafter would turn into eternal silence. So he looked into her panicked doe-eyes and said: "Be a good girl and give my regards to your father!" That night once more the robber Baron and his remaining men enjoyed a lavish feast of the most delicate nature and the comfort of feminine company, all provided by the merchant and his forever silent daughters."

"Inspired by his correspondence with a certain Hungarian Countess*, who shared a fair amount of his views on how to properly treat the peasentry and who in particular never got tired of pointing out how 'motivating' the right kind of tools could be, if used on disobedient servant - girls, the Baron has begun trying out new methods, too. Of course he first had to experiment with the Countess' tool of choice and so he had his castle's blacksmith forge a perfectly straight, 10 foot long iron pole that was sharpened on both ends and polished smoothly to perfection. He then had his men ram the pole into the ground with half of its length sticking out on the field, just outside the castle walls. A few days later he had aquired the first suitable test subject for his trials. Shortly before the preparations were finished it began to rain and in the distance the faint sound of thunder even warned of a nearing lightning storm, the first of this year's summer. With a disparaging laugh and a dismissive hand wave, he allowed his servants to retreat into the safety of the castle walls, as they were scared of the storm's slowly but surely advancing fury. When he was finally alone with his test subject he savoured the moment, took a few deep breaths, first sensing the smell of the moist, green field surrounding him and then with his hand firmly dug into the shivering maidens hair he took in the sweet scent of her, as he carressed her unclad, angelic little form. The Baron had always enjoyed the feeling of a warm summer rain on his naked skin, had loved to play out in the rain even when he was just a little boy. So he enjoyed this little experiment even more, as he first made her a woman, carrying her weight with his strong arms while standing in the summer's warmly drizzling precipitation. Then when he was satisfied it was time to try and see if that pole worked as advertised by his dear friend, the Countess. And indeed, on his first try he managed to thread the needle cleanly into the struggling girls entrance, despite all her writhing and futile attempts to kick with her legs, that were bound from the ankles to her wrists behind her back. You're quite a spirited one!" he laughed, as he observed her trying to push herself up on that pole again, only to sink down again as soon as the bindings on her wrists and ankles made any further upwards movement impossible. But unwavering in her defiance, even though her vision had already started to dim, the poor thing did not let her knees touch the ground, it looked as if she even tried to use her tongue for help, as she tried to push herself up once again... and again... and again... Seeing this most gruesome but curious spectacle rekindled the fires in the Baron's loins and so he didn't waste any time and gave a last parting gift to his little test subject. As he was done, the roar of yet more thunder rolled over the field and reminded him that it was time for him to seek shelter, too. He swiftly dressed back up and retreated back into his castle. Back inside he had his servants start making preparations for a warm bath and beverage and then sat down at a window of his chambers, from where he could overlook the field with the experiment. Much to his satisfaction, the maid was still trying to free herself out of her predicament, though at this time her efforts had lost some of the earlier esprit. Soon the storm had passed and gave way to a breathtaking sunset, framing the -in his eyes- gorgeous sight of his trial's result. When the girl had finally ended her struggles and the sun went over the horizon his bath was ready. Making himself comfortable in the warm basin, he sent for his scribe and set out to dictate a reply to the Countess' correspondence: "My dearest Elizabeth, I must thank you kindly for the most splendid suggestion you offered in your last letter. I'd love to hear more from your expertise on the matter..."

Got it. :) I plan on doing a nice panorama-esque thing with multiple girls. I've made some tests but found out that it'll require a bit more work. The gutting - Loras I use really struggle with dark skinned girls, let alone dark skinned lolis. This here is just a little panacea for now; the only pic out of a hundred that was barely serviceable (for refinement). Hope it scratches the itch for now, but I'll definitely do something more elaborate with the concept. But like with all my recent stuff, it'll take a while, so I hope you can live with that. :3

Understandable, my apologies, but it couldn't be helped. Just after posting the last batch of works here I had to get completely new hardware and even after I got that stuff it took me a week to figure out how to get ForgeSD running on a 50xx series gpu.

But even before that: I didn't anticipate all the shit that happened in my rl since roughly august when I promised you those panorama pics with multiple girls. I have 2 very large panoramas with 8-10 girls planned/began work on (comparable but bigger, more detailed, wider than for instance >>7876), but so far I've really struggled with getting it all together and was just too hard pressed for time in these last few months. (Just to kind of put it in perspective, even just the 7 pics I post here now each took me between 5-7 hours to complete)

But to not come completely empty handed, I hope these following ones will satiate your cravings for choccolate spillings for now. :3
