Background Knowledge: Welcome,the Equestrian Correctional Facility (ECF) is a high security research lab/prison hybrid located [Redacted] Co founded by madam Duane. Inmates consist of child predators, unlicensed prostitutes, Terrorist, war criminals, ect... everyone here is a low life and is Not acknowledged by the Equestrian Government. Therefore cruel and unusual experiments are often practiced here.
