If it's not too much trouble I have a bit of an odd request:
Limbless and pregnant Tsunade, modified to have four extra breasts (the additional pairs just as big as her original set), pumping out milk while a massive dildo up her ass keeps her upright, with another toy to keep her mouth shut and belly fed.
