For the drawing, even if the first looks more extreme, I would go for the 2nd instead (the one on the right)

However you see, even if now her shit isn't watery, I think it'd look better if you draw it like a big thick shit snake or at least in longer sections of doughy shit instead of puffed rice shaped turds.
