Hmm, to me she's always looked a bit tall for a 10 year old, she also acts mature for her age at times too (but then again this is Pokemon we're talking about) Yeah, she does have all the common features of a loli, it's just she's a little tall.

Oh I didn't think she wasn't loli, I was just curious what people think. And I look it up not too long ago and what I got was Anime characters can look older than what their age is compared to western characters :3 But I would say I'm actually more of a fan of retro style anime than the contemporary one :)
