Your request seems straight and simple but let's take a closer look! "Could she rip off boys dicks and eat them" is clear but "whilst fucking them all with her giant dick" leaves too much unexplained. Should she fuck them one by one or all at once, like a skewer? Should her victims look just badly wounded or plain dead? Should their corpse look overblown, disembowled or into pieces? How should she enjoy her "meal"? One by one or in a mouthful? And this is just for instance...
Fetishes are a matter of details. If you leave too much to the illustrator's imagination you may find yourself with an unsatisfactory picture. Don't be shy! This is not the time to save on details. We're on Gurochan, we're not hurting any real people and we're not encouraging anyone to do so.
