Make her younger (up to you how much) and stretch her holes to their limit.Then turn her rubber suit into a solid metal one and add a few welding lines on it.
Only her stretched holes should remain exposed.
Finally,add a few oversized sex-toys around her (shape is up to you),but make sure all toys have metal base,so they may later get welded into her suit as well.
