You're dealing with a cartoonish drawing like it's a geometry problem, but do you know what? I think it's ok. I just want you to remember how a different set of postulates can lead to a different geometry. In our case, such sets of postulates are our personal tastes, which of course include our thought on what proportions and dynamics should be. Don't even try to mention the anatomy 'cause we've threw it down the drain a long ago, lol!
So let me recap my thought in a few words. If there is a logical limit then it's the taste of the viewer. If there is a logical problem then it's the lack of skills of the maker. However, to avoid a pointless discussion, I will make both the versions. It will take some time, but then it will be interesting to see what people think about it. For sure, there will be at least one who share your vision and at least one who share mine, lol!
