it is not that you are making your personal collection of favorites, if you don't like that picture maybe someone else will like it and maybe it will be even more likable than ones you like.

considering commissioners, most likely, they get what they want and do not care anymore to upload that single image. But I doubt if they will complain if artist will post it.
