However, I wonder if you could consider doing something slightly diffrent instead of girls being tortured by men make it be other girls or younger boys. or you could even make a picture of the girl cutting off her own foot. (maybe she is chained and has to escape, or it could be consensual parody as if she is giving her feet to her dad or friend)

I am not asking for something very specific, but you could make a bigger variety of settings.
