-gun muzzle up the pussy and shooting through the head
-lifting her by the neck or ankle to shoot or stab up close she's helpless
-shooting her up as she's got her back to the wall, maybe with her hands up, then she slides down leaving a streak, to a seated position, or to her knees, then falls on her face
-quick offhand shots, maybe without even looking killing a girl in the background or foreground that thought she hadn't been noticed yet, either getting ready to strike or cowering
-girl behind cover getting shot up through it
-head stomp!
-shot to the head while standing on her chest as she lies on the ground
-headshot from inside the mouth while holding her hair as she kneels (bonus for showing it splat on something behind her)
-a group of girl standing somewhere, noticing way to late that they're getting picked off from a distance
-a group of girl patrolling or walking through an area, getting silently killed one at a time from behind, so we can see what's happening but they have no idea
-throwing knives! Pin her to the wall by her hands, arms, shoulders, legs, then fuck or molest her before finishing her off fast or slow
-she's coming at him with a flying kick! Grab her ankle, swing her face first into a wall, girl neutralized
-slice and dice! girls getting stabbed is great, but since they're made of hot butter he can make clean cuts from stem to stern, sideways across their thighs, stomachs, chests, necks, jaws, or eyelines
-finally, good old fashioned beatdowns. punch them in the gut, sit on their chest and fuck up their face, grab the back of their head and pummel them into a table, wall, or floor. I mean, they're pure evil and have to be stopped!
