You are right here your picture are already overly complex and it require considerable effort to understand what is going on there LOL
doing x-ray in in the separate panel is much better idea.
Pictures with the nurse look good but without colors it was pretty tricky to understand what is happening there.
Only now I noticed that she is full of babies.
it woud be great to have some kind of backstory there.
