To be honest I am tempted to do something like that now XD it's so great! I imagine something like this:

*intense music starts*
Girl: W-what... is this...?
Girl: *sounds of running, heavy panting*
*she gets to a room*
Girl: It should be safe here! *closes and locks door*
*music picks up*
Girl: Please don't find me please don't find me... *whimpers*
*as the music continues, her breathing picks up as something can be heard, though not very clear as to what (it's going to be very subtle cracklign noises, which I can hopefully get people to mistake for something like floorboards or something*
Girl: *trying to stay quiet*
*music get quiet for a moment, as a heartbeat can be heard*
girl: *controlling her breathing*

now from here I could use a horror chord. The girl then yelps as the insanely thick poop she had been having slips out. Almost like a plug released from a drain, a landslide of turds propel out of her and into the toilet, overfilling it. her scream can then transition into a moan or something.

i think that would work pretty well, what do you think for an audio?
