Interesting take, kind of makes it sound like a self-aware parody (at least from the way I read it with the girl apparently hearing the scary music, lol).
Certainly one way to do it, though I would say it should still include something to hint that her "change" is caused by a full moon, like maybe the clichéd wolf howl. Either way, I'm digging the ending bit with her just unleashing a monstrous load against her will (maybe with a few moans and pleas like she's been through it before).
