Well the problem is not how far... gases from explosion and the shockwave would either (depending on how far in end of the gun is) the whole pussy would explode or her insides would be shredded. Bullets themself would surely not traven in a straight line for far, maybe one foot maybe two. Then either after colliding with bones or from pressure they would arch out of the straight line erupting from the upper torso. I think her head would be totally ok but there would be a grinded meat in place of her intestines.
