My requirements are:
They must be bipedal with two arms, two legs, and zero penises.
Between 4'6" and 6'6" (135-200cm)
They must have an outfit that's three layers on top and three on bottom; happy to help with the design on that.
No one obviously prepubescent.
OC's welcome and preferred. If there's enough common interest to raise money to but through a character from another property, I'm open to that as well.
