The original game was moddable and open source, and so this version as well, so I encourage you to join the development of this game or just create simple mods. The development might get slower now as I'll have less time to work on this until December.

Yes, it's planned, also if you take a look at previous versions you can see that the body's shape was constantly changing with every update - I have to get this right before focusing on clothes, since I didn't want to adjust a gazillion of assets at each small change

That's already possible if you have a cross background image (preferably at 3000x2500px) and you tweak the pose angles a bit (in game/mods/maps/DefaultMap/DefaultMap.js for example).
