The original game and its assets weren't suited for this kind of stuff. I can add some sort of sex animation in the form of tools, but it's low on my priority list and there are games better suited for that.

Working on this right now. Actually coding it is the easiest part (unless you mean fancy things, like animating a beating hart); the hard and time consuming process will be drawing those assets for each body type.
