Speaking about Electrocution/defibrillation it made me think about the idea of her being pierced with 2 spikes right into the heart and power attached from car battery or that AED device :) that would look better than normal AED pads.

Or pierce those 2 spike to her belly/vagina and make it contract for more pleasure.
