The main problem with yanking stuff right now is that items don't really exist there. With similar tools (nail, staplegun) the effect is only a texture painted on the body and can not be erased simply.
With that said, I added some regular needles to the dev version (https://gitgud.io/zmod/torture-chamber/-/archive/master/torture-chamber-master.zip)
