It's quite similar to the Backrooms and SCP Foundation worlds, if you know the concepts.
It's more of a pretext to imagine almost any torture scene or monster and put it in this universe.

I really like your idea and I had almost the same one today, but yours can make an interesting variation for another monster, I think I will keep both.
