If you open the dev version right now, it probably won't work at you'll get stuck on the menu screen. In short term you can fix this by following one of the steps in the user manual (e.g. run chrome with some flags or start a local server)
In the long term, I'll have to change the way the game is distributed. Either by packing it into an .exe file, or by finding a hosting provider, tho I'm not sure if any would accept this content.
On the flipside >>36582 is also possible now with this change.
