I'd love to see a character creator but I'd especially like to see it with customizable breasts. Not just the size and shape but how they move about and the ability to take damage, so they would become more bouncy less perky, or even start to hang / sag etc. It would need to interact with the clothes layer which is probably a bit complex. Imagine a sports top and push up bra but if the clothes got damaged the breast(s) would drop down and move about more.

Also would love to see personality settings like whether they cry a lot, shut their eyes, look away / towards stuff that is happening, get surprised easily etc.
