ok, we can work with that.

Looks like you need to get proportions sorted. If you're going to freehand, then look into the Loomis method… If you want to use reference, use some photographs or Daz models (This should help you to keep proportions correct)

In this image, you can see the ears are too small, the wrong shape, and not placed so that the top is in line with the eyes and the bottom in line with the nose.

She has no eyelashes (Or thickened line to indicate eyelashes)
Her tongue is on the outside of her teeth, Her neck isn't in line with her back (Should be in line with the center of her chest.

Her clavicles could use more definition? (and need to merge into the top line of her shoulders,
Her earing isn't in perspective, (If its a loop, that's not how they look when in an ear)

Line thickness and softness is inconsistent (And untapered which can help with the nose line in particular) (The eyes are hella soft) lose the nipple holes (They are absurdly large and incorrectly shaped.. lose em - or make em the size of a line.)

Her breasts are differently sized she doesn't appear to have a ribcage (the lines of her sides are just a curve with no indication there are bones underneath)

Your linework appears to use an alaised brush (Use an antialaised one so that you don't get jaggies)

You have clipping and edge errors that make me think you might not be using layers (Or cutting using a magic marker tool)

Your wound-art needs work… I actually thought it was just bad hair for most of this till I tried to figure out why it didn't look right. (Theres far too much of it for the wound you have drawn

Your actual hair doesn't need a boundary line (Because it's stubble and not actual hair, the convention is often not to draw the boundary line

Your bloodwork - yeah - don't do it like that… (at least not yet… you need to draw it with the same techniques you are using for your girl… otherwise those elements are fighting with your art. Looks like you've used a sized up splatter brush and a badly alpha'd image for your two blood elements (Actually try to draw the blood, I think

Shading - fine… it's simple but serviceable nothing technically wrong with it - It may/may not be the style you are after… but I kinda like it. (Consider shading under her chin to give a bit of visual separation beween her head and neck

You might also consider the pose/background you select to tell your story better

I see she has a headwound, but her pose doesn't indicate that she's moving in any direction because of it… (same wit the arm) she's not dynamic in any way…

and the background doesn't tell me anything about what is happening (Was she shot, stabbed, exploded? I can't tell from the image alone)
