Haven't seen this done before, requesting a girl with full facial amputation. Everything from the eyebrow ridge to the place where thorax and esophagus split is removed, with skin grafted over. The only obviously artificial part of the whole thing is a little plastic cap on the resulting neck ridge that has a removable plug for the esophagus and a dust filter for the trachea. She has long hair so lack of ears is not as noticable. Less of a body horror angle and more of a casual angle.
