It's not exactly misplaced zeal. El Coyote's been very open about explaining exactly why the site can't afford to have anything even remotely underage on there (laws of the hosting location and not having the money to fight any legal challenges)...at least until he got tired of explaining it over and over and just made a giant warning banner for the zero-tolerance rule.
