You do great work but as much as I would like to commission some work I wont. You have been taking money for the "cut in pieces pack" for years now and still haven't delivered. I dont know what to think of you. Your art is ok tho it didynt improve for years. But when i talked to you a year ago i feelt like i was talking to a machine that got stuck on "money, money, BUY, BUY" i understand that artist needs to eat but you made so many bad -first- impresion that its hard to think about you in difrent light. You should really 1st try to - as you say- "made amends" and fix people opinion of you but as i read every post you posted it all focus on one thing- commissions and "pay". As for your art from what you posted the improvment i can spot is only if i compare your very early works with those posted here. You say you improved a lot - show us.
Hell... i know it sound like me simple asking for free art but if you feel like it is that then post your "normal" work.

Secund - give people you own those pack and other stuff what they payed for or return they money(<probably impossible).
Doing few free request or drawing of popular characters would probably help people to "like" you more too - think about it as a bribe.

And last thing - dont disappear from here in few days/weeks again if you suddenly disappeared people will completely lose interest and trust in you.

And just a personal message - try to talk to people here or on your streams. Maybe do some small Q&A? Let people know you better and try to interact more with your fans.

its been years since i sell commissions, and for example for the last 4 years i have been drawing, 2 months have been for me, 2 months spreaded in those 4 years. sometimes i draw just because i need to, but i dont feel it and the drawing suffers.

Pak images can be considered drawings i do for myself, and for that i do them when i have free time, guess what i did not have since the last update.

I like to only post images that I personaly like, and besides Commissions are not my drawings per say, they are from the commissioners and they can upload them as how they see fit, I only ask to they put my name or link to my gallery on it, if they do or not its their business since they already paid for it.

Officialy i dont want to keep doing commissions, but i have to. for now and until my webcomic start giving me money, i need to sell my soul to the commisions.

Dont force me to upload the things i dont like. at least give me that freedom, please.

Of course you have right to negotiate your own terms with artist but if you demand picture to be not shared I guess artist should request at least double price and treat it as special request. Because even if you pay you are not only one for whom it is made you should treat yourself as sponsor who only pays fraction of total cost not as employer.

Default rule is that unless you specify otherwise, artist will share his work by giving you credit that is was commission.
Juts like when you become member of pay site you do not get right to own its content or when you buy a movie it does not become yours. If you want to get ownership rights to that content you have to pay extra.

Most artists who bother to do a proper ToS point out that they retain copyright and only sell limited use -- the commissioner isn't allowed to sell the image for profit, for instance, and the artist can post and reuse the art however they want. If you want full rights or just don't want it shown by the artist, it's extra.

Without a ToS it probably depends on which jurisdiction you and the artist (primarily the artist) live in, but I think the result is roughly the same.

As a sidenote. I prefer your line art work to your colored work.
My favorite pics were the mushroom kingdom ones that had a tons of details, lot of stuff going on and being black and white lineart

As for not improving - he did improve but you can't see it on 99% of his drawings.
Only on like 2-3 drawings he made in a year time where he takes his time on them you can see he CAN make a proper great looking art piece.
He takes so many commissions and projects that making around 2~ drawings a day make his art look like some random doodles most of the time.

He is NOT a bad person or artist but his attitude toward making grand promises and never delivering on them made him quite a few unhappy customers.

I won't side with the people harassing him but i will also not ignore the facts about him owning people stuff they paid money for. I myself paid for the petrification/TF pack and never received it. I forgot about it as it was so bloody long ago but now got reminded again about that. He could just post the sketches on his blog and say sorry and i bet most people would forgive him. Hitori one tip from me. It's best to only accept money after the commission is complete. Otherwise, you're putting yourself under pressure. Because there are always people who don't want to/cann't wait and therefore your creativity suffers as well.
So there are more people who get impatient.
It's a vicious circle in which you've maneuvered yourself into it by overloading yourself with too much work.
