    On the contrary.. I've been subscribed to 3 different guro patreons and all of them were hit in some way, having to hide their content or get banned.
    They haven't made an official statement but it's clear that guro is not welcome. I think pixiv is much more understanding place, don't they also have a patreon-like scheme with fanbox?

    You just have to be smart about how you structure patreon if you want to do guro. No direct links or displays of guro and no descriptions of guro. IE something like "drawing sexy monster girls" instead of "Drawing snuff rape vore" with patreon rewards hosted on a cloud service where the link to it is sent via private message.

    There are a few guro artists that don't do this but they are small enough as to not draw attention. Ayaswan got banned once and did a bit to try and cover it up but still posted direct links and had preview images and whatnot. He was probably under the spotlight too after it happened to him before.
