It is a small device that attaches to the neck stump and interfaces with the brain stem of the headless subject, reanimating their body and maintaining bodily and motor functions. It is also capable of hosting several high-end user interfaces, which act as personality and talent wrapped into one. The program can be tailored towards household work, romantic partnership, psychatrist-approved therapy, desk jobs, sexual performance, and simple manual labor for a few examples.


Due to the nature of the collar's hormone-based connection to the nervous system, the device only functions with a heightened presense of estrogen.
