Another idea being her as Strogg Torso Unit (you might have to YouTube it, but there are tons of variations but I prefer one with at least with her head) or Iron Maiden (Quake 2 or 4 take your pick).
Or maybe generic female pilot from Megas XLR in outfit similar to Kiva Andru (maybe severed wire that she used to pilot her mech by attaching at back of her head).

Seeing the warrior woman…I think I got two interesting ideas.
One inspired by Fear and Hunger Harvestman death but her corpse’s vagina being penetrated post mortem.
Other being stages of her corpse being railed by a bug, bloated belly from eggs and larvae existing from her orifices (anus, vagina, and maybe belly burst open).
Ninja is optional and you can do it with warrior woman.

Another Quake 2 guro request idea.
Shot of a dead female marine who had a hard impact on Stroggos with disabled pod, which killed her on impact.
You can do any mangled state or hairstyle as you please you want with her.
Just that this is closest ref I got on the idea.
Other than that, might want to see stroggification or corpse processing.

If you still take requests, I've got a couple more ideas for delicious 40k gore to choose from.

1) Sister of Battle in a face-down/ass-up pose (from any angle) with her head crushed

2) Her kneeling/slumped, decapitated, head dropped between her knees. Or same but head sliced in two, revealing brain

3) In the middle of a shot that blasts her armor through the chest and destroys her internal organs that splatter on the wall behind
